Note: we have had a recent rental increase, which means rent will be stable until at least April 2025.

Electricity and gas bills are paid quarterly and split evenly between housemates. Typically, these combined expenses total between $300 and $400 ($150-$200 per person). Currently, internet service is not available (I hotspot when needed), but I am open to arranging it and sharing the cost.
