Large room to rent in 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Marrickville. The apartment has ducted air conditioning and heating throughout including your own temperature control in the bedroom. Pretty much your own bathroom as I have an ensuite. Huge balcony overlooking a watering hole full of fish and turtles. Large living room open space with a kitchen and middle island. Kitchen has dishwasher and all the usual amenities. Internal laundry room in the apartment with washing machine and dryer.

The room comes with 4 built in wardrobes. Your bathroom has a shower and bath. The room can come with the bed and chair or without. The piano will be moved.

5 minute walk to the train station and shops
Right next to the river and long walking hikes around a green, leafy area and golf course
The neighbourhood is quiet and LGBTQIA friendly

I'm a 38 year old professional female who is clean, friendly and laid back. I work from home every day and I enjoy scuba diving, yoga and meditation in my spare time. You will also be sharing the apartment with my very cute, house trained and hypoallergenic (means he doesn't shed fur) dog Cosmo.

$450 a week includes bills
2 weeks bond
2 weeks rent in advance
