$350 per week (excluding bills)

Kareela Village with Coles, Plus Fitness, and more, is just a few hundred metres up the road, only about a 5-minute walk! Bus stop within 100m of the property also.
About us:
I currently rent this home with two other flatmates, and we’re looking for one more person to live with us. Ideally a younger female who is tidy, respectful, and easy-going.
