Bills and expenses
Rent: currently $255 per week (however our Landlord has just advised this will rise to 290 in May) plus half the quarterly electricity bill.
No water costs.
Internet can also be arranged upon request at a cost to be shared 50/50 with other flatmate.
A friendly local real estate agent manages the property. We need someone for a minimum 6 month stay plus 4 weeks bond.
Rent is due in advance for the first month, then in advance weekly thereafter electronically via DEFT.
As we have been there for a long time the landlord values us and rarely increases the rent.
Move-in date: Now. If this ad is up the room is still available 🙂

- Socialising
You will be sharing a spacious apartment with one quiet flatmate who is recovering from a chronic illness and is therefore at home a lot, in her room or resting on the couch; and her cat, a shy affectionate shorthair who likes to cuddle.
Preferably a Christian, however this is not essential.
Must be clean and fairly quiet. Socialising is welcome, but not loud parties. The occasional sleepover is welcome, however not regular sleepovers.
We need someone who is employed full time, or possibly a mature aged student with proof of savings.
Age bracket: 30s to 40s preferred.
