Room for rent in spacious two story house surrounded by water and foreshore walks: 500$/week bills and cleaners included. Available from 1st of may to 1st of june, sister is going away for a month.
You'll be sharing the house with my sister, our roomie, Leo: doggo and Bailey: kitty cat.
Chilled, supportive & easy going family vibe in the house. We all spend a lot of time practising sports, enjoy dinners together, board games and movie nights.
Looking for someone respectful and tidy.
Our housemate will also be leaving in June so his bedroom will become available upon my return 1rst June. This can easily become your longterm if there's a match during the month I'm travelling.
The house is by the water, welcome to use kayaks or paddle board.
Cleaners come every 2 weeks, we maintain in between.
You'll have your own fridge.
Bedroom has water views as well.
Coffee shops and IGA within a 5min walk.
Ferry right downstairs, 2min walk and goes straight to Circular Quay.
Wolestonecraft train station 15min walk.
Drive to the city is 20min.
Car park on the street.
Gyms & martial arts within a 5/10min drive.
Aldi and Woolies within 5/10min drive.
