My home is a large apartment with a view of the city through the trees .
My house couldn't facilitate parties or kick ons of any kind .
Would prefer a non-drinker / no drinking in the house.
Large balcony that gets amazing sun , sunrise and sunset.

Filled with candles , crystals, flowers, plants and photos.
2 min walk to major bus stop
10 min walk to major train station
Flat and easy walk Chatswood, Lane Cove and Crows Nest.
Main bathroom is a shared bathroom but my bedroom has an ensuite so its basically your own bathroom but can be used by others
Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
