You'd be living with me. I’m 30, work in advertising 9-5 and am sociable, love keeping active, get down to the beach as much as possible and am often catching up with friends on weekends. Keeping the apartment clean and tidy is important to me.

The room is the largest bedroom in the flat, is naturally well lit, has high ceilings with a lovely chandelier and fireplace. The room is semi furnished with a queen sized bed, mattress, bedside table, lamp and a desk and monitor if you need to wfh.
