Double bedroom, en suite, built in wardrobes in huge bright and airy modern townhouse with private courtyard.

The room is $492 pw excluding pills. You’d need to sign onto the lease along with Amie (32, works full time in advertising) and Damian (35, works full time in marketing) and Ted the adorable labradoodle.

We’re a relaxed household, very clean and tidy, all early risers and not a party house. Looking for someone likeminded to join our home.

The house is a 3 storey townhouse near centennial park. 2 mins walk from Oxford street, amazing location. Bus stop to Bondi junction / beach is just outside. Surry hills just a 5 min bus or 20 min walk away.

Room is available from Sunday 5th May. Unfurnished. The rest of the house is kitted out including all kitchenware so you don’t need to bring anything unless you want to.

Description of pets
Ted is a happy labradoodle who loves cuddles and mostly snoozes when he’s home, tries to steal socks and pretends he hasn’t been fed to get a sneaky second dinner. He has a dog walker so he’s out a lot in the daytime. We don’t let him on the couch or upstairs :)
