Description of the home
Basically in the distance of only 50 metres you have all the shops including 4 gym's and a bus stop right at your door.
The location is super convenient.
This is a heritage house which I have just renovated.
Up stairs you will find:
*One of the rooms I will be renting out.
It is extra large and fully furnished.
It has a queen bed.
We can add a tv if you like or anything else.
*An other smaller room which is mine.
*A small laundry.
*A bathroom.
*A kitchen.
Downstairs you will find:
A room with a queen bed(brain new memory foam mattress,never been used)with an other storage and wardrobe room and an other room wich is the lounge room.

If you are two friends you can share the lounge or even if you are not you can become friends or whatever,up to you.
I will empty all the belongings soon ,I just took the pictures now as I found some free time.

Occupants Description
I am Stergios.
There is nothing really to say about me as i am a very boring person.
Here is something though just to fill this box.
Although there is a clean kitchen I don't know how to cook so you will never see me in the kitchen also you will hardly see me in the house.
I either work or I will be in my little tool room at the back yard.
At times I will work and then spend time in my room relaxing so as you can imagine I am a boring person.
I will want to help you with anything I can do to ensure you are comfortable,safe and feel like your home and then we are good.
I mainly use my tool room outside and my room.
I won't be in your feet.
I will move your stuff as I have a little truck.
You can come to inspect the area or stay till you are confident to call this home,no holds.
If you are after a drama-free home and dont mind doing your bit to keep the home clean and tidy,then we're on the same page.
I think it's great to have a friendship within the home,but also respect each others space and privacy.
