We are renting out a furnished room in our 2-bedroom apartment with a balcony, just 600m from Bondi Beach. It’s a bright furnished room with a double-bed and is situated right next to the living room and the balcony. Plus, it's on the opposite side from the 2nd room in the apartment, so you get your peace and quiet.
You’ll be sharing the apartment with a couple from Slovenia - we both work full time in the CBD Mo-Fr and usually leave the house at 6am and are back in the late afternoon. Both living healthy lifestyle, like to cook and in free time usually outdoor. We are in our early 30s and we both have been sharing flats many times and for many years.
Long-term preferred.
The apartment is 600 metres away from the Bondi beach.
Bus stop (379) is a few metres away.
Woolies, Harris Farm, IGA 5-minute walk.
Plenty of cafes, restaurants in the area.
