Looking for a Housemate! :)

Room is available for rent with all bills included in the heart of Bondi.
The Room:

- A spacious room perfect for a single person.
- Built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage.
- Flexible furniture arrangement: the bed can be converted to a double, or you can leave it as shown in the photos.
- The canvas on the wall can be swapped or removed. This is your space to personalize!

The Apartment:

- A well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, blender, etc.
- A balcony with a couch, table, and BBQ—perfect for relaxing or hosting a small gathering.
- A bright and airy living room with a TV (Netflix, Prime, Disney+).
- Fast Wi-Fi.
- Free street parking available.

Location:

15-minute walk to Westfield Bondi Junction.
20-minute walk to Bondi Beach.
Just 1 minute to Bondi Road, full of coffee shops and restaurants.

About myself:

I work full-time in IT from home and like to keep things tidy, especially in shared spaces. I’m pretty easygoing and respectful of personal space but always up for a chat or hanging out. I enjoy staying active, whether it’s hitting the gym, going for swimming or just getting outside. Looking for a housemate who’s chill, considerate, and up for making the place feel like home!

You’ll be sharing the apartment with me and my 2 friendly cats!

Important Notes:

- No couples and it’s not a party house.
- 2 weeks bond and 2 weeks notice if you decide to leave.
