Very light, north facing, plant thriving apartment with ocean views, 3 min walk to the beach on road adjoining South Bondi & Tamarama. Room is fully furnished and available for short-term only rentals for anyone in-between leases, new to Sydney, might have friends in town etc. Flexible on whether this is for a week or up to 1-2 months (tbc on the person and fit!).
Flat has lovely home feel with open kitchen / living room with great social bar space, dining area, big comfy sofa and balcony with gas BBQ which gets the sun all day. Bathroom with decent shower and hot water supply.
Private car park behind apartment can be made available if required for another $50 a week.
Flat overall is really clean, cosy, characterful and much loved.

I'm social (in a grown up way) and work in events in the world of drinks / brand activations so have a big interest in food, love a decent gin, wine, martini, beer... (in moderation!!) and venturing to new bars / restaurant openings.
I'm very active, with running, yoga, swimming and like to get up early and start the day the right way. Getting up early, comes with going to bed pre 10pm (the Bondi life) most days.
I am very clean and do expect high standards of cleanliness in the apartment to make it a nice place to always come home to so super important guests are on the same page with that.
Happy to have cook offs / nights in and equally out a fair bit.
Communicative, open and doesn't take life too seriously (if I / we can help it!). Life's too bloody short!
