We’ve recently taken on this lease and looking for someone to join our lovely home in Bellevue Hill. The apartment is 15 minutes walk from Bondi Junction and 15 minutes walk down to Bondi Beach. There is a 379 bus which picks up across the road. The apartment is flooded with natural light and has a large balcony. Your room has built ins, and can fit a queen size bed, bed size table & drawers. You’d be sharing the bathroom with one other person.
