I am a clean and tidy person looking for housemates who share this same value for their home and its features/furnishings. Housemates must be prepared share cleaning responsibilities, pitch in where needed and be committed to general apartment upkeep/maintenance.
As an occupant of this apartment you will need to be:
**Searching for a LONGER-TERM rental and be willing to commit to staying for at least 6 MONTHS
**In your LATE 20s – MID 30s
**EMPLOYED. Ideally office-based working on a FULL-TIME basis. Open to those with a part-time WFH schedule but with a maximum of two WFH days per week. If WFH is necessary, new tenant must be willing to conduct majority of their work duties in own bedroom and not communal areas. Both rooms have capacity to fit a desk and chair for the purposes of a WFH arrangement.
**Not residing in Sydney for the purposes of short-term holiday travel
