CONVENIENCE: It's a 5-minute walk to Ashfield station, a 2-minute walk to Ashfield Mall, and a few minutes away from some of Sydney's best Asian food. It’s also a short, 13-minute train ride to the City.

The street is quiet and the neighbours are friendly – plus the backyard is a nice place to chill (or work from home)!

$230/week (large room with lots of natural sunlight – 4 x 4 = 16 square metres). Bills are included – internet, electricity, gas and water)

Our other housemates are sensible, quiet, extremely clean and full time working professionals.
