Looking for someone to join us in a our spacious and light filled 3 bedroom home in Ashbury. The house is in a quiet street but close to shops, public transport and the Ashfield Aquatic Centre gym &. Close to Marrickville, Dulwich Hill, and Newtown. One block away from a bus stop and short walk to train station.

Female only to share with one female in 30s and one 10 yr old female. One cat.

Plenty of street parking.
Room can be furnished or unfurnished. There is a large mirror built in wardrobe. Lots of room for queen bed and desk.

Large rumpus room downstairs (separate from the main living room and dining room) that we use as a craft & sewing room that you are welcome to use. 10 yr old spends most of her time here.
Home has washing machine, dryer, heating, kitchen appliances, TV with streaming services, internet etc.

A bit about us - I work in arts and event production. On weekends we like to do craft and sew, go to the movies, garden, camping and festivals. Wednesday is Sushi night, and we enjoy the odd movie night. Looking for a kind and considerate house mate. Always welcome to hang out to watch TV, have a chat and wine, or join in on a craft project or cook together but we also respect complete privacy.
