We’ve got a room going in our cosy, leafy-street sharehouse on the Annandale/Stanmore border.

Move in date is ASAP 💗 join a home full of music, good chats, and one very sassy bulldog named Lola.

**The Details:**

* **Rent:** \$270 week + bills
* **Bond:** 4 weeks’ rent
* **Room:** A Smaller sized room but a good amount of natural morning sun and stained glass windows to look out of, sun-soaked with high ceilings & a standing wardrobe with draws that come with the room.

* **Who:
Ideally late 20s– early 30s, a dog-lover, employed and punctual with bills and rent, good communicator, respectful of shared spaces, and house-proud.

* **Housemates:**
Anna (33), Emily (22) & Lola the bulldog (8) - we are aware of the big age difference but can be assured that young Emily is very mature, works a corporate job and is a wise ol soul.

Anna (33) Singer-songwriter, youth worker , JB Hi-Fi Telco Manager deal-slinger, sings out loud a lot, makes magic from leftovers, loves a dinner party and her dog Lola
Has lived here for 3+ years

Emily (23) works full time in insurance. Arts and Craft lover, house chef, house nail tech and aunty to Lola.
Has lived here just over a year.

Lola (dog, 8): Bulldog. Stoic. Sun worshipper. Holds grudges (sometimes). Has no job.

* **Vibe:**
LGBTQIA+ friendly, creative, easygoing. Solo time respected, silly times welcome. Dinner parties happen. Rostered cleaning weekly. We love a communal dinner when timing allows it. Want the house to be lived in.

We have gas that also supplies the hot water so relatively low .
