Fabulous unit in Kings Beach overlooking the water.
It’s a 3 bedroom unit that you’ll be sharing with one other person.
Own bathroom, that may occasionally be shared with guests. A spare bedroom for our guests.
Fully furnished except for your room, but I could organise that for you if needed.
I’m pretty easy going about things, just want to share with someone that will be easy to live with. Happy to share meals - or not. Would expect shared cleaning etc.
All internet, cable tv included. I’m a bit sports mad so need Foxtel to watch those.
Only bills on top of rent would be half electricity and water.
