The bathroom contains a shower and separate bathtub, and the toilet is separate to the bathroom. If I have guests, they would likely need to use the main bathroom/toilet, particularly if staying overnight. My guests would be very rare and would not stay longer than a few days. I would clean your bathroom afterwards. Otherwise, the main bathroom/toilet is for the successful applicant/s' use (i.e., not shared with another housemate), as I have an ensuite.
If you have guests, with prior communication they can stay in the the spare room, which has a king single trundle that can be made up into two single beds. The spare room also has a desk.
There is a separate study with a desk off the living/dining area for those working from home and/or studying.

Description of the home
The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen appliances (actually overstocked, according to my family). The shared living area is open planned with a split-system air-conditioner, large smart TV, comfortable seating including recliners, and a 6-person dining table. The outdoor entertainment area has a 6-seater dining table, ceiling fan, and a WeberQ BBQ. There is a modest-sized backyard, a separate laundry, and a study adjacent to the lounge room and looking out onto the entertainment area. The garage has room for bikes, etc. One garaged parking space is available; otherwise, additional cars would have to be street parked. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly, and I have had no issues in the year I've been here.
The home is situated less than 1km from the Stockland Baringa Shopping Centre (including an IGA and Jetts gym), 300m to the 606 bus stop, 450m to the 608 bus stop, one street away from walking paths through nature reserves (Baringa Forest Park), and less than 10km to Caloundra city and the Caloundra beaches.
You must be cat-friendly! πΊ Unfortunately, no other pets are allowed.

I have renter's contents insurance but you would need to get your own should you wish to cover your own contents.

Please note: Alcohol and I are not friends, so I would prefer a non-drinker (at home at least). No drug use. A non-smoker is preferred, but an outdoor smoker is not a deal-breaker.
