It is a large bedroom that can fit any size bed, along with a set of drawers. The bedroom has its own aircon and ensuite. Lots of natural light in the room with floor to ceiling windows but can also be blocked out with full length blinds. The bedroom is located downstairs and away from the rest of the house to provide plenty of privacy. Please note that there is no built in wardrobe in this room so there would be a need for own storage.

A large 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home with double garage and big backyard. It features a large living area with 180 degree views from the top of the hill, a dining and kitchen area with a separate games room that features a pool table. The home has 3 bathrooms with a main bathroom for guests and a large internal laundry with washer and dryer. The home has amazing amounts of natural light due to the floor to ceiling windows. There is also a balcony that has access to those amazing views. Out the back there is a big grassed yard with decking that’s perfect for entertaining.

The house has all the latest mod cons, Smart TV, Netflix, Stan, Apple TV, Disney+, Fetch TV, NBN internet, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and air conditioning.

I’m in the process of moving in and only have unfurnished photos. The house will be fully furnished with no need for additional furniture.
