I am the owner of the property. I am a 48 year old man who is ex Army of 24 years service. Currently I have a married couple and a young child staying in one bedroom. They are very clean ,quit and respectful as am I. who works . I have one bedroom remaining to offer someone. which has a brand new queen bed in it. You would be sharing a large brand new bathroom. My place is fully decked out with brand new furniture throughout including queen size beds. Rent would be $350 per week which includes all electricity and gas bills. Also includes WI FI and Foxtel. Ideally I am looking for someone who has full time employment.
