I have a lovely three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with a courtyard garden in East Perth.
I’m looking for someone friendly to rent one of the bedrooms which comes with its own bathroom, built in robe, air-conditioning and ceiling fan. Plus, this room has a beautiful view of Haig Park.
My house is located close to the CBD and Swan River with local amenities including a supermarket, pharmacy and Perth City Farm plus a variety of cafes and restaurants including The Royal.
The yellow CAT bus is located close by (only a 2-minute walk) and takes you directly into the city or to Claisebrook Station.
I am a non-smoker and don’t have pets (unless you count house plants!).
The room is available for $375 per week including utilities.
