I have an artistic, 3 bedroom, modern, bright, luxury apartment in the city centre. The balcony, one of the largest in the city, has excellent views of the Swan river. Think amazing BBQ's and sunsets with your friends (-:
Gym, pool, sauna, free buses in to the CBD + trains, close to 24 hr convenience stores, restaurants etc.
Welcome to the Arthouse! The first thing you will notice in this bright, luxury apartment is the large murals and artworks painted on the walls.
Building: Resort style, modern complex with all the facilities. The apartment complex is managed by a professional company as everything is well maintained and neighbours are friendly.
Apartment: Fully furnished with modern appliances, washing machine, large TV, fridge etc. Large lounge to chill out with your flatmates. Lots of sunlight throughout the apartment
Rooms: The floors in all rooms are a white wood and not dirty old carpets like other places. Furnished, you only have to move in with your toothbrush.
Area: Since Walking distance to CBD with free buses literally every other minute. Terrace Rd has riverviews, the area is full of expensive, modern, luxury apartments. We are surrounded by restaurants, pubs, a 24 hr supermarket, and new IGA, fitness centre and food court coming up in the nearby FMG building. Great river side walks.
Housemates: The apartment will be empty on 31 Mar. Previously housemates have all been WHV, so mostly European/SA <30 but open to everyone and anyone.

I have created an awesome living space full of art and fun. Previous flatmates have been mostly WHV <30 but am open to all and everyone. The apartment will be empty 31 March.
