Hi there!
This modern apartment complex was built in 2018 and includes just 8 architecturally designed apartments. The available room is on the first floor (accessed via stairs), and you'll have your own bedroom and private bathroom — though it will need to be accessible to the occasional visitor.
You’ll be sharing the apartment with me (I'm 28), and it features a balcony with an enclosed clothesline for added convenience.
There's a bus stop right out the front that goes to the City via South Perth, and also to Curtin University. Local shops are just a short 5-minute walk away.
