What is included:
A fully furnished room with bed, large built in robe, chest of drawers, etc. Either your own or mostly your own bathroom (visitors would use). A desk could be arranged.
The house is fully furnished and decorated with a mix of African and Aboriginal art and craft of sentimental value, reflective of my connection to special people and continents.
No extra storage except the built in robe in the bedroom.
Bills separate or can discuss an inclusive rate. I use my phone as a hotspot so don’t have a need for additional wifi/associated costs.

We, my beautiful little staffy and I, are looking for a very special kind of person to share our peaceful home with us in Como.
It’s a mid-80’s place with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a quiet cul-de-sac just on the edge of South Perth in Como. It’s light and airy, with a lovely yard and garden and a very warm and caring community of neighbours.
Excellent public transport options to get to the city/around, walking distance to the river, parks, shops, cafes, etc.

About occupants
We are a 45 year old female (human) and a 5.5 year old male (english staffy dog), both young at heart (but sometimes show our age) whose worlds exist for each-other. We have been living here for over 4 years and have built a community of friends on our street and in the local area. Love the outdoors/nature, exercise, adventures to the river and beach, picking up other people’s rubbish (not! but do it for nature) and spending time with loved ones. We also relish relaxing in our peaceful haven. We have our routines and then we mix it up to find balance, and decompress from demanding work. Both early risers.
I prioritise living consciously, caring about the impact I have on the earth and those around me. Awareness, respect, communication, kindness and simplicity are valued. We don’t drink or smoke and only watch an occasional bit of informative TV/odd movie. Generally home evenings and weekends and a couple of days a week, limited work travel. I grew up in Zimbabwe, lived and worked in Africa, the US, UK, Europe and all over this beautiful, great southern land. My fur baby loves socialising with his mates, snuggles, car rides, zoomies, little and big people, life!
