Description of the home

I have moved into my 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on 4 August.
I am planning on sharing it with 3 flatmates, of which there is one other 50-odd year old gentlemen.
It has 3 upstairs and one downstairs room, double garage, and a third toilet downstairs.
I am single, clean and 55 year old male, with a wife in Jakarta, and it will probably be at least 12 months before we can get her Visa.
The upstairs room is available.
Rob has moved into one of the top bedrooms.
Timothy is downstairs.
It is in the Settlers Hill estate in Baldivis, each of the rooms are fully furnished with queen/double bed, bedside tables, lamps etc and beds will already be made, complete with electric blanket, pillows, sheets, doona etc.
There is also a double garage, and a nice private little courtyard.
There is solar power so electricity costs will be low, and looking to share bills 4 ways.
The house will have three fridges, freezer, washing machine, all the usual stuff.
At this stage, I am looking to charge $280+ per room, but this would be negotiable I guess.
The house mates are all clean, polite, quiet and respectful.

Bills and expenses

Electricity is negligible (6.6KW solar and a 20KW battery)
Gas is just for hot water, water has also been very low.
I have never passed on bills...
Internet is complimentary
Water will be low
We clean ourselves.
Bills will be split 4 ways, but we expect them to be very low, but based on fair usage.
