The house is only 2 years old, very clean and quiet – perfect for FIFO workers or someone looking for a calm environment.
We haven’t had time to fully furnish the room, so you’re welcome to choose your own furniture (dresser, shelves, etc.), and we’ll reimburse you for what you buy to make it your own space.
You’ll share the house with one respectful, quiet student / part time worker, and Fiona (my wife) and I, but we are working on FIFO so hardly present at home.
Kitchen and bathroom are shared. No smokers or pets please.
Plenty of free parking outside.

• Two French FIFO workers in the master bedroom (very quiet and away most of the time)
• One discreet and kind student girl in the other room
You will be sharing the bathroom with her.
Free and safe street parking is available right outside (garage not included).
