Females Only. The house is comfortably renovated and fully furnished. There is one bathroom, two toilets, central heating, high ceilings, ceiling fan, wardrobe, cooling, new appliances incl unlimited Optus internet. Also a new hot water system that provides continuous hot water. The rooms are quite spacious.

There is one room available (as pictured). The weekly rent is $280, comes with the double bed and furniture. All bedding is provided. Unlimited high speed internet is provided by landlord.

The home is a 5 minute walk to the train and bus station, popular village shops and cafes, bi monthly farmers markets (a block away from the Yarraville gardens) and the famous Sun Theatre cinema. Coles 2 minute walk. 10 minute train ride to the CBD. Also a 3 minute stroll to the lovely Cruikshank Park Reserve with delightful walking trails, free tennis court and bike tracks.

Bills and expenses

Bills included water, gas and electricity which is split evenly. The average for each is about $20 to $25 a month so its an extra $10 to $15 a week. Unlimited high speed internet is provided by the landlord.
