Walk to the beach, heaps of storage. I’m 47, female, looking for a great housemate. This is not my furniture! These are the real-estate photos. I actually just bought the place and have almost no furniture. I will furnish the place over the next several weeks, and if you have furniture, great! Bring it.

• 5-minute walk to the delights of the Williamstown high street
• 8-minute walk to the Hobsons Bay side and 20-minute walk to the Port Philip Bay side of Willy
• Garage and one more parking space.

Other things to consider:

• Please no smoking or vaping.
• A note for light sleepers: Ferguson Street is the tail end of a busy street that ends at the water. It’s not a busy road, but you will hear cars going past.
