Privately situated on its own floor. Room is unfurnished. Bills included (within reason) if they blow out we all have to chip in, you’ll also need your own TV for your bedroom

5 minutes from the beach, very quiet, leafy, area

Note: It’s a 25min walk to the Train Station from the house, Newport Station has large Carpark and Ride facility's, it also has caged bike storage at the Station, there’s a Bus Stop at the end of the street.

People with current full time employment are preferred. It’s also helpful to have an active listing on the site with information about yourself, what you enjoy doing, what you do for work etc also preferably looking for over 25’s

You will share with 2 other Professionals, loads of on street parking
