The bedroom for you is large, bright, fully furnished, it's available now. There will be a double bed with a mattress, cover sheet, quilt, and pillow. A bedside table, desk, and chair are included. BIR is a standard with cloth hangers provided. You will share the bathroom and toilet with my kids which come every second weekend.

Description of the home

Prefer a female roommate because I have two young girls and one boy. They visit me and stay every second weekend. They are very quiet and well behave kids and can look after themselves if I have to work.

The house is big and cozy, close to everywhere. All neighborhoods are very nice, the local streets are very beautiful and clean.

The beautiful house comes with duct heating with a fireplace and a cooling system to keep the house temperature 7x24 at 23C. Also there is a gas cooktop, a large fridge, and a washing machine. For entertainment, we have a large TV, wall-size projector with premium home theatre surround sound system. Netflix premium and Disney plus are available for free.

All bills included: power, water, unlimited broadband. No more to pay!
