Looking for a house mate to fill a room, in my 3-bedroom Werribee home.

Location: Werribee (Harpley Estate)

Bills split evenly
5 minute drive to Wyndham Vale station
10 minute drive to Werribee Station
5 minute drive to shops

The room is decent sized with built in wardrobe on the second story and unfurnished.

The House is spacious and fully furnished in a peaceful area and the communal bathroom will be all yours. I use the spare room as my office but there is also a vacant wardrobe in there if you need.

I’m a laid back guy who enjoys watching sport and listening to music. I work from home 2-3 days a week. I keep the place pretty neat and looking for someone who also keeps communal spaces clean.
