It's super clean here - no shoes, pets, or smoking, so it always feels fresh. Although there's no sofa or TV yet, I'll add them soon! The place is fully furnished, just waiting to become your cozy home.
We're smack dab in Melbourne's Gay area, surrounded by cool shops, bars, and cafes. Plus, gyms are nearby, and you can walk to three train stations and tram routes in no time.
Chapel Street is just a hop away, and Toorak Road is a short 5-minute stroll, so you're never far from the action.
Your room is cozy and bright, with a window that lets in plenty of natural light. It features a built-in wardrobe with mirrors, perfect for checking out your outfit before heading out. Plus, there's a newly assembled double bed and a newly assembled desk with an office chair, so you can work or study comfortably. The room is carpeted for added comfort, and I'll even provide power boards for your convenience.
Rent's $550 a week, with bills covered. I'm not much of a chef, so the kitchen stays tidy. And I'll handle cleaning and taking out the trash, so you can focus on keeping your room nice and cozy.
I've got all the plates and cutlery, plus pillows and blankets, so you don't need to bring a thing.
