I am looking for a roommate to join me in a fully furnished spacious 2 bed 2 bath ground floor unit with a large outdoor courtyard.

The unit is a short walk to Toorak Road, Fawkner Park & South Yarra Station.
The room - Unfurnished, spacious with a double door wardrobe, has a door to the main bathroom which will be yours. This bathroom has a bath & laundry. You’ll have a permit for parking as well.

The space - Fully furnished across the board in outdoor & indoor living. I keep the place neat and tidy.

Rent is $380 per week - bond is a months rent & bills are split equally.

Bills are just electricity & internet. (Water is paid by landlord)

Available June 1 🙂 Preference is long term, open to short (Sorry, no couples)
