FURNISHED ROOM AVAILABLE NEXT TO THE BOTANICAL GARDENS (can be unfurnished)

I'm looking for a housemate to rent one bedroom for a minimum of 2 months from mid April/late May.

The apartment is a super spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom in South Yarra.

Location is great and 100 metres from the botanical gardens for all your nature strolling needs and a 10 minute walk from Richmond station, 30m walk into the city. It's in that little north-west pocket of South Yarra (west of Punt Road) so has easy access to Cremorne/Richmond area, as well as Domain Rd village.

The apartment is ground floor, art deco vibes with parking available. There is a large, functional kitchen with dishwasher. Split system heating / aircon, TV, coffee machine, robot vacuum cleaner, washing machine, internet etc, included.

Price is $350 per week (bills are included). Bond of 1 month also rent required. If you dont want to use the furniture thats fine also.

Looking for someone that is tidy, house proud, and would be ideal if you have some rental references.

I'm in my 30s, work from home, love being active on the evenings (gym, tennis, etc) and going out hiking and/or to gigs on the weekend.
