We have two large rooms in a modern 3 bedroom/2 bathroom townhouse in South yarra, just a 5 minute walk from Chapel street. The two rooms are on the top floor and share a bathroom.
The townhouse is in a great location, walking distance to chapel st and only a 5 minute walk to the Hawksburn train station.
You’d be living with Jamie and his 2 cats Link and Zelda. He’s working full time as a doctor (Monday- Friday), and in his free time golfs and plays board games.
We’re looking for people who are easy going, clean and respectful.
Rent is $320 pw ($1390.48 pcm), excluding bills. We need people who are willing to sign onto a lease and are looking for a longer term rental (6+ months).
We're looking to fill these rooms by three end of May.
