This cute Victorian terrace house is tucked in a side street 40 meters off Chapel st and It’s a 7 minute walk to South Yarra station. The house has new kitchen appliances (oven, dish washer, stove top) as well as my own coffee machine, air fryer and other appliances. The house has a split system heating/cooling and an open fire place. There’s a back courtyard that backs onto the train like that has privacy and lots of character. The room being rented out is 3.7x3.7m with two robes at 2.7x1.4m. I have a parking permit for you if needed and will be renting the room for $375 a week with no bond required.
