Hi there. I'm Maxx, I've just moved to the peninsula from the Gold Coast for work / experience.
I have a three bedroom house which I'm looking at sharing with someone who is full time employed (or close to). I'm a non smoker, don't mind a smoker if you're happy to do it outside.
The house is an older style with some funky floor choices and wall colours, but it's walking distance to the foreshore, pier etc. Sunsets are amazing.
I enjoy music (from blues to rock to psytrance), sports, getting out and about as much as I can in the outdoors. Looking for someone similar age (I'm 37) with similar interests. I'm not in a hurry to fill the room, I'd rather it be a good fit for both of us.
I have a 12 month lease after which I'll probably move closer to the city, length of stay isn't too important.
I have a doggo 🐶 who loves people so need to be ok, but unfortunately no pets please, he's great with ppl just not other animals
The house doesn't have too many furnishings at the moment but I'm in the process of finding stuff- if you have furniture that you have to bring too, that works.
