Description of the home

Our roommate is sadly moving out of our Richmond townhouse, which means an amazing room (and two lovely housemates!) are up for grabs.

You’ll have your own floor and a private bathroom – perfect if you’re after extra space and privacy. The room is a little on the small side, but can fit a queen size bed and all the other things you would need.

If you have a car, we also have a private carpark available.

The house has a big kitchen and dining area, a separate cosy living room, a full laundry, and a balcony with beautiful afternoon sun – perfect for coffee, wine or a good book.

You’ll be living with two friendly, respectful housemates (M & F) in their 30s who both work from the office during the day. We keep things chilled at home – always up for a chat, but also value downtime.

Tom: He works in the city but loves AFL and all things sport, as well as movies and socialising.

Jess: I’m a huge beer fan (I brew my own beer and will happily share a pint hehe), and I love bass music and going to gigs in the city.
