Home Description
Description of the home
Location is the key to this place. Although cosy, it can be light filled easily, and feels like home pretty quick.
The room is size to fit a queen bed, side tables etc, and has a built in robe.
The balcony adjoining the rooms offers a view of Victoria Gardens shopping centre (which is literally across the road), the street below and some of the neighbourhood.
In saying this, Vic Gardens is great for shopping, gym, medical, cinema, IKEA, etc and convenience if you forget to buy the milk.
The apartment is close to the Yarra River and walking trails to escape from the feeling of city life.
You can also bask in some of Melbournes best pubs, breweries, restaurants, and access to sporting stadiums, are only moments away.
The area is great for public transport, access to and away from the city, with the 109 and 12 Trams at the end of the street.
Also the amenities include access to a communal pool, sauna and gym.

I’m social, and enjoy filling my time catching up with friends and family, watching/going to the footy, catching gigs, and enjoying anything Melbourne dishes up.
I’m easy going/laidback, friendly and respectful.
I like to keep the home pretty chilled and respectful of not bringing the party home and would prefer the same from someone I share the space with.
I’m originally from the country, so on some weekends, I get out of town to visit family and friends.
Anything else you would like to know, happy to share.
