Home Description
Description of the home
Location is the key to this place. Although small and cosy, it can be light filled easily, and feels like home pretty quick. The rooms are of size to fit a queen bed, side tables etc and has a built in robe. The balcony adjoining the rooms offers a view of Victoria Gardens shopping centre, the street below and some of the neighbourhood. In saying this, Vic Gardens is great for shopping and convenience. Close to the Yarra River and walking trails to escape from the feeling of city life, you can also bask in some of Melbournes best pubs, breweries, restaurants, and access to sporting stadiums are only moments away. Great for public transport access to and away from the city.
Amenities also include access to a communal pool, sauna and gym.

I’m easy going, friendly and respectful. I like to keep the home pretty chilled. I don’t like bringing the party home and would prefer the same from someone I share the space with.
I’m originally a country lad so on some weekends I’ll out of town visiting family.
Anything else you would like to know, happy to share.
