Description of the home
3 BDR unit which has just been completely renovated! Sadly my house got extensive water damage last year. On a happy note, the entire house had to be redone and I decided to start from scratch. New appliances, bathrooms, painting, cabinetry- you name it! I live here and take a lot of pride in my home, particularly now it’s so beautiful and new. It’s fully furnished apart from the third bedroom.
Two bathrooms, with an ensuite in my rooom so you basically get a private bathroom!
As it’s all under renovation, I don’t have many photos but have put current photos up to give an idea of where it’s up to. It’s scheduled to finish next week, when I will move in and settle- following which it’ll be available for a flatmate .

I love spending time with my dog Nala (note, if you don’t love dogs, this is probably not the house for you as she loves everyone and will want to spend time with you!) and going for long walks with her.
I love having a good chat with my housemate/s (can provide a reference from previous housemate, we became great friends!) but deeply value my personal time. I’m very respectful of people’s views and love a good discussion where I can understand other viewpoints! I’m a big traveller and have lived and studied in quite a few places and love sharing travel stories.
I have basically a fully functioning house (excluding your bedroom furniture) and lots of kitchen things as I love to cook so ideally would like someone who doesn’t have a whole kitchen worth of things! I’m happy to share my things as long as everyone is respectful.
Sorry no couples or cats (allergies!) My partner stays over a couple of nights a week max.
Also, given I work long hours, hoping for someone understanding of that, and ideally someone who loves dogs and will like having a large dog around (see below!)
