The local shopping centre, Summer Hill, it is walking distance; Kmart, Aldi, Coles, butcher, green grocery, with amenities such as the gym, and cafe and resturants on one block of shops.

The property is set amongst an area of Reservoir where there are quiet neighbours, mostly home owners who take pride in their local area and are extremely safe. The residents who live there are private professionals who work during the day.

A handman and gardener is allocated to service the property. You won't have to do any maintenance of the garden.
