I have 3 rooms to sublet in Parkdale.

HOUSE

Fully furnished house and one room will come with a queen sized bed. There is also a private home office for anyone needing to work from home. Big open plan living area and kitchen that can be opened out to the back garden decking on the nicer days.

AMENITIES

-Public transport (Bus & Train)

-Beaches (Parkdale, Mentone, black rock, Mordialic)

-Mordialic strip (loads of good restaurants & bars)

and 5 mins to Mordialic strip.

COSTS

Rent - $300 p/w

Bond - $1200

Lease - minimum 6 month sub lease.

HOUSEMATES

35 year old Irish man living in Australia 8 years. Melbourne is now home. Very clean, tidy and respectful and expect the same. I’m a tradie working full time. Like to socialise but also like my alone time with my two pups.

DOGS

Must love dogs.

Murphy & Mally are 1 year old brothers and are still a wee bit hyper for the first 2 mins when meeting new people (working hard to be less hyper) but after that they’re grand. They’re very affectionate, love a cuddle and will sleep most of the day. They are also fully house trained. (Just don’t leave food or socks unattended 😅😭)They will have no access to your rooms or bathroom either as it’s gated off, and will be outside when no one is home.
