Compatible people
I'd like someone who isn't a 24 hour party person! Someone with a solid job, reference checks (this would be a co-lease agreement though my estate agent and the owner) and a respect for space and peace. Good humoured and neat. Not fussed about the age if that description fits you. This is a sort of temporary arrangement - ideally three months but could be extended, starting end of March.
For referees, my agent would require some things like the following (I had to provide these):
Contact details of former and current real estate agents, to whom you've paid either mortgage or rent to, and who can show that you're a good and reliable tenant;
Details of employers or clients who can attest that you are of good character and have or had a regular wage to cover rent and mortgage;
Potentially a current bank statement showing that you have had a regular income for at least part of the last financial year and have funds saved and incoming.
