✨️Room in Ormond (Girls only)
🛋️The apartment:
It's a 2-bedroom ground floor apartment with a generous backyard and deck—perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
The place comes fully furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. I do have a fridge here, but there's also space if you'd prefer to bring your own.
There’s a washing machine in the bathroom, and the lounge has reverse cycle air conditioning to keep things comfy all year round.
📍The Location:
The apartment’s in a super convenient spot—just a 15-minute walk to Ormond train station, and from there it’s about 25 minutes into the city. Packer Park is also a 15-minute walk away if you’re after some green space. Also Monash University is about 30 minutes away by bus.
By car, it’s only about 7 minutes to Carnegie Central for shopping and cafes, and the same to Coles and Woolies in Bentleigh.

I’m a full-time UX designer working in Clayton, and I usually work from home 2-3 days a week. Outside of work, you’ll often find me playing badminton, heading to a Pilates class, or going down a rabbit hole on Facebook Marketplace hunting for hidden gems.
I’m also really into all things creative—I love drawing, painting, and trying out new crafts. When I’m winding down, I’m usually curled up with my Kindle and a good book.
You’re in your mid-20s (ish), working full-time, and ideally have a bit of sharehouse experience. You’re clean, considerate, and easygoing—someone who respects shared spaces but is also up for the occasional dinner or games night. Ideally, you’re looking to sign on for a 6-12 month agreement. Sorry, no pets.
