Please note: the bedroom is unfurnished with no wardrobe. Previous tenants have fit a double/queen sized bed in with a desk and a portable wardrobe or tallboy. I like to keep the 3rd bedroom available for us both to use for a home office space and additional storage.

The house is mostly furnished (and I’m happy to add or swap pieces if needed). It has ducted heating in all rooms and air-conditioning in the living room. There’s one shared bathroom plus a separate toilet. We’ve got a spacious backyard with an undercover area, and a garage for extra storage. There’s also plenty of parking in the front yard. The location is great! Close to walking trails, bus stops and only a 5-minute drive to Huntingdale or Jordanville Station, Chadstone Shopping Centre and Oakleigh. Monash is just around the corner, so it’s ideal for students too.

Description of pets
Otis is my 4-year-old rescue dog, and I’ve had him for two years now. He can be a bit anxious with new people at first, but he warms up quickly if you give him space and respect his boundaries. He’s playful (he loves tug and destroying his toys!) but he doesn’t chew on anything that isn’t his and he never steals food. He spends most of his time inside but loves sunbaking in the backyard and going for walks to the park.
He does take longer to warm up to other dogs, so unfortunately we can’t accept someone who already has a pet.
