1 bedroom including double bed available in 3 bedroom house on a quiet street in Carnegie. There are two bathrooms and you’ll be sharing the nice newly renovated one. Current lease expires next month so you would need to sign on as well. The kitchen and living areas are large, there’s a cute garden, and a two car garage. The common areas are fully furnished but not the bedroom. The house is in very good condition and had a cosmetic renovation about 10 years ago.
Carnegie station and Koornang Rd with shops, bars, and restaurants are a 10 minute walk. The train is 20 minutes to the city. Really close to Chadstone and Monash University.
