Hey potential housemate!

We’ve got one room available in our beloved Northcote sharehouse.

The house has a charming mix of modern and retro fittings and manages to feel both spacious and cosy at the same time. There's a lush backyard with a veggie patch, glass French doors that open up onto a big deck making the house perfect for that summer dinner party, a well equipped kitchen with a gas stove and large oven, a modern bathroom with a bath big enough to fit at least 3 golden retrievers comfortably, spacious living/dining areas (fully furnished), and both ducted heating & air-conditioning to keep your toes comfy all year round.

The room itself has a ceiling fan, LOADS of inbuilt shelving and a big inbuilt desk.

Location-wise, we’re right on the border of northcote and thornbury and the area is glorious. It’s a 1-min walk to High St (where you can get the 86 tram), a 3-min walk to Croxton train station and importantly a 10-min stroll to 1800lasagne. The street is quiet and we have very sweet neighbours!

You’d be living with 3 other housemates, all women in our early-mid 30s. Chelsea works in disability support and is our resident worm farm mother. Ivy works for the department of education and her love languages include organising spontaneous house excursions and feeding you home cooked feasts. Anna works in tech and you will find her either at Citrus smashing their vegan banquet, sewing or listening to a podcast or Ice Spice. We all live our own lives and keep things relaxed and cosy during the week, but we’re also friends who enjoy hanging out - evening wines, porch chats, Netflix binges, shared meals at home/out-and-about, hosting the occasional soirée, weekend trips etc. Ideally we’d like someone in their 30s who to keeps a similar schedule to us and who is clean (but not OTT), respectful and fun, and keen to share in the above vibe.

We’re open to all genders and are queer friendly! Sadly no pets as one of us is allergic.
