Seeking a housemate for our friendly flatshare in the Northcote area. At $320 a week with bond upfront, you’ll have a room to call your own, plus access to all our shared spaces. Your rent covers all bills with the exception of electricity. This includes water, gas, and unlimited 100/20 fast internet, so you'll be pretty much set.

Your room, currently unfurnished, features full-sized mirrors and built-in wardrobes, ready for your personal touch. Stay comfortable all year round with our home’s heating and air conditioning.

Our shared spaces are already furnished for your convenience. Whip up a meal in our modern, nearly-new kitchen with its ample workspace and dishwasher. Then, step outside to our relaxing, low-maintenance outdoor area and garden for some fresh air.

Location: Perfectly situated, we’re only a 10-minute drive or a 15-minute bike ride from the Melbourne CBD, with public transport conveniently right outside. Across the road, you’ll find the beautiful Fairfield Park Boathouse, and the Main Yarra Trail is right next door for all the runners and cyclists out there.

All bills, including internet, are included in the rent. However, electricity is paid separately each quarter, usually $100 split evenly among two house mates.
