The building is very secure and has fantastic amenities including a gym, games room, lounge area and a co-working space – ideal for studying or working from home. Also, there is rooftop bbq area with great views of the city!!

Location is unbeatable! The 57 tram is just a 1-minute walk away, the 59 tram is 5 minutes away, and Flemington Bridge Station is also a short walk. The train gets you to the city in just 10 minutes 🚆 Royal Park is only a 6-minute walk (perfect for morning walks or runs), and Woolworths is a 10-minute walk or just 3 tram stops away for easy grocery runs.
